With more than 30 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, I’ve witnessed firsthand how meaningful work can take a toll on the people who give it their all. I understand the exhaustion that comes from caring deeply, the burnout that can follow, and the quiet desire to reconnect with purpose and peace.
My background is grounded in a lifelong commitment to equity and community. Over the years, I’ve coached executive leaders, consulted on statewide initiatives, led nonprofit organizations, supported school-based transformations, and empowered parents to advocate for their children. Through it all, I’ve learned that sustainable change begins within — when we feel balanced, aligned, and whole. That realization led me to found Your 3 Eyes, a consulting practice that infuses care for self within our efforts to makes improvements to the system. I blend the wisdom of my professional journey with the restorative power of mindfulness and personal wellness to provide support that is relevant for work as well as the individual. When you work with me, you’ll find a steady, grounded presence. I’ll listen deeply, hold space without judgment, and help you find clarity in the midst of change. Whether you’re a leader navigating complex systems, a caregiver in need of rest, or someone simply seeking reconnection, my role is to help you return to yourself — calm, clear, and renewed. |

My theory of action for creating change in our lives and in our education system is described in the book: An Educator's Guide for Using Your 3 Eyes. This book contains the research behind my approach, helpful practices, and so much more! Here is a link to the 3 Eyes and a Cycle of Inquiry. |
What Are Your 3 Eyes?
The 3 Eyes (Intellect, Insight, and Intuition) support us to see our lives, our thoughts, and our experiences from multiple points of view, giving us clarity and perspective.
How Do We Use the 3 Eyes?
Through training in the 3 Eyes via Self-Work, we come to see and appreciate ourselves with new depth; enabling us to understand with more perspective our habitual responses and our impact on others.
When training in the 3 Eyes in our Work-Work, we learn to look past the superficial fixes to our system. Instead, we collaborate across our schools, organizations, and communities to address the roots of our inequities and create spaces where all of us can thrive.
